Well-known Scientist of India with international patents and several national, international awards & fellowships began her career by bagging Indian National Science Academy’s Young Scientist Award in 1991. She did her Ph.D. at the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) of Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) (now known as Advanced Centre for Training, Research and Education in Cancer – ACTREC) of the Tata Memorial Centre, which is a pioneering and leading comprehensive cancer centre of India. She did her post-doctoral research at the Centre d’Etudes Nucleaires de Grenoble, France as an awardee of Marie Curie Fellowship from the Commission of European Communities. Dr Naik has vast experience in the research in different capacities from time to time. At CRI Dr. Naik was instrumental in establishing the Institute’s Laser Confocal Facility, which was the second establishment of its kind in India. She also contributed to the Flow Cytometry and Live Cell Imaging Facilities of the Institutes. She is now known as the expert in the field of preclinical imaging. Dr Naik continued contributing to the science and healthcare in different capacities; Head of Imaging & Cancer Biology, NCE research division of the Piramal Enterprises Limited; Director (In-charge), Haffkine Institute for Training, Research and Testing; Emeritus Scientist of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR); Adjunct Professor at the G N Khalsa College, Mumbai and Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai and so on. At Tutumi Dr Naik has a lead role on research front.
A known name for team management and motivational aspects did M.Sc. from University of Mumbai in Physics-Electronics. He is closely associated with electronic and apparel manufacturing. He was involved in the research of epbx, security alarm systems and remote-controlled devices for various home functions. This passionate environmentalist has been experimenting in fields of organic farming, water conservation, cattle health care and artificial insemination. He is equally active in cooperative, political, social and charitable fields. His versatility is a driving force behind manifold activities of Tutumi.
With B. E. in Civil Engineering and an MCS (Master in Computer Science) Nilesh Tatkar has multi-fold knowledge of engineering. His manufacturing enterprise, SAVITA PLASTICS is an established name known for reliability in the industry and Nilesh Tatkar is determined to take Tutumi to even higher heights. He looks to Tutumi as a mean to fulfill his urge to do something for the society.
Manisha Girkar is a successful entrepreneur. She is also on the board of the Girkar Brothers Audio Pvt. Ltd., Video Wall India Pvt. Ltd. With patent in her name for “SYSTEM FOR TARGET SHOTTING TRAINING FOR USERS IN A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT”, she is also leading MAG5 Innovations Pvt.
